Want to calm down and re-calm down? Take part in our free Sahaja Yoga meditation workshops

The classes take place on Mondays at 8 p.m. and are addressed to people who already have some experience with meditation as well as those who are just beginning their adventure with it. The next workshop will take place on 23.11 on the Zoom platform. During the classes you will be able to get tips on how to meditate at home, calm down your thoughts and don’t give in to everyday stress. The event is organized by Sahaja Yoga Cultural Association

What is Sahaja Yoga?

It is a unique method of meditation discovered in 1970 by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi from India. As she emphasized, the purpose of this method is primarily to achieve a state of inner peace, fulfillment and joy. No special knowledge or skills are required to practice it. It is also addressed to everyone regardless of beliefs or religion
