What is Sahaja Yoga?

It is a unique method of meditation discovered in 1970 by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi from India. As she emphasized, the purpose of this method is primarily to achieve a state of inner peace, fulfillment and joy. No special knowledge or skills are required to practice it. It is also addressed to everyone regardless of beliefs or religion
