Smoothie with banana and strawberries

Strawberries are very flavorful and also low in calories. Together with banana, they will make a great combination

You need:

  • 250 g of strawberries,
  • 2 bananas,
  • a tablespoon of lemon juice.

Peel the bananas and cut into slices. Rinse the strawberries and remove the stalks. Squeeze some lemon or lime juice. Put everything into a blender. Blend ingredients until smooth. You can also add a few ice cubes to the smoothie for cooling.

Spinach smoothie with banana and apple

If you don’t like vegetable juices or smoothies with vegetables alone, then be sure to combine them with fruits. It will make your smoothie sweeter and the aroma of vegetables will be less noticeable

For spinach smoothie prepare:

  • 400 g fresh baby spinach,
  • 1 large apple,
  • large banana or 2 small bananas.

Rinse the spinach and dry on a sieve or towel. Wash and peel bananas, then cut into slices. Rinse the apple under running water and cut into pieces. The peel is rich in dietary fiber, so do not peel it. Blend everything to a smooth smoothie.

Beet and apple smoothie

Beet smoothie will give you energy and reduce the risk of anemia. Thanks to the apple, the smoothie will be slightly sweet and thus tasty.

Ingredients

  • 1 beet,
  • 2 apples,
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice.

Peel the beet and cut into smaller pieces. Leave the apple with the skin on as it has a lot of fiber. Blend the apple and beet into a smoothie. At the end add lemon juice to keep the beautiful color.

Smoothie with mango, pineapple and pomegranate

Pomegranates are fruits that have anti-cancer effects. Pineapples, in turn, support weight loss. Such a mix must be very healthy! The addition of sweet mango will make the smoothie taste like a delicious dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pomegranate,
  • 1 pineapple,
  • 1 mango.

Cut mango in half and get rid of the stone. Then use a large spoon to scoop out the flesh. It is best to peel the pineapple from top to bottom, cutting off the plume and the bottom at the beginning. Then slice it lengthwise to get rid of the woody center. For a better blending, be sure to cut the pineapple into smaller pieces, such as cubes. Cut the pomegranate in half and then push out all the seeds. Around them is the pulp with the juice. To avoid having to blend it with the seeds, simply puree them in a strainer. Place a bowl under the strainer, into which the precious juice will flow. Blend pineapple and mango and add the pomegranate juice

Smoothie with banana and kiwi

Banana and kiwi will give us many important vitamins and minerals. Thanks to them you will feel full of energy. Kiwi will perfectly balance the sweetness of the banana and give the smoothie a nice color.

You need

  • 2 small kiwis,
  • 1 banana,
  • a tablespoon of sugar-free maple syrup,
  • a few ice cubes.

Peel the banana and cut into smaller pieces. The kiwi is best peeled with a large spoon – cut the kiwi in half and scoop out the center, leaving the skin on. Put the fruit in a blender and pour one tablespoon of sugar-free maple syrup over it – you can find it at the health food store. Optionally add a few more ice cubes for cooling. Blend the whole thing on high speed and serve immediately after preparation.
